This is the complete DVD video (It does not include the 'booklet' from the DVD that he refers to.) encoded to play on the PSP. It will also, of course, play on your computer; just keep in mind that the resolution is 352x272. (The image above is an actual screenshot from the video.)
Given it's small size, you can use it to preview the material prior to obtaining the full DVD.
Why for the PSP? Because I have one, and it gives me something to do while I'm waiting for my kids at soccer practice and the like.
Plus . . .
If you have a headphone amp that has an auxiliary input/line in jack, you can get a 1/8 inch male to 1/8 inch male cord (Look in the iPod section at Wal-Mart.) that will connect from the headphone jack of the PSP to the input jack on the amp and do some learnin' on the go! You can watch and listen to the video while you practice without bothering anyone else.
